Product Description
At either 149 or 144cm, it's long enough to not look super-kooky, but short enough for a skate feel so you can enter the killbox and get work done. We increase the width and tune the flex so that the ride remains similar to a board about 6-8 cm longer; that way speed and float isn't sacrificed for low swing-weight. Add in V-Reverse camber, Lite3D base, Biax glass, and the custom Killbox core (currently classified) and you have a fun deck that turns the battle for the park into one big video game. While the Killbox is tuned specifically for jibbing, the v-reverse camber and its slightly wider width will make it float in the deep pretty well too. In the end, though, it is for the rider gettin' jibby with it.Other companies might try to tell you that their boards are "all-mountain", but that's true in the same sense that you can drive a Dodge Stratus in the Indy 500. They're all cars, sure-but something purpose-built beats an all-around compromise almost every time.Is this the board you should take to the super-spines of Alaska? No. Is it a hell of a lot of fun pretty much everywhere else? Absolutely.

Echelon Killbox Snowboard, 152 cm Reviews
1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Killbox kills it., This review is from: Echelon Killbox Snowboard (Misc.) Board is awesome in the park and your mainstrteam cruising runs. It is soft in the center so the reverse camber is only noticeable when the board is unweighted. Fast with unbelievably stable turns for a 152. I weigh 210 and am 6'4' and it didnt lose stability at speed. Pops like a champ, butters like a champ, jibs impeccably, and spinning is ridiculously fast with practically no tip or tail. Get one!!!! That is if they make anymore.... 149 Killbox by Echelon, By This review is from: Echelon Killbox Snowboard (Misc.) About 2 months ago I was able to try out my new 149 Killbox Echelon snowboard and I was scared at first because it is a little wider then my Rome Artifact Rocker and is a little taller than my old board. None-the-less, I was extremely surprised with the handling of the board. Its perfect for riding around and hitting park features. Being from MN, I consider my self a bit of a park rat and it worked perfectly. Its light, enough flex to hold presses without the sacrifice of pop. All around, Echelon made a pretty tight product. I think I know what board company I'll stay with! 0 of 2 people found the following review helpful BOARD SUCKS WAYYY TOO WIDE FOR ANYONE UNDER 300LBS, By reviewbuddy (Boston, Ma) - See all my reviews This review is from: Echelon Killbox Snowboard (Misc.)
